If you own american bulldog that disturbs your neighbors

Every pet owner has responsibility to make sure their pet does not disturb the neighbors

the city of Toronto has anti noise bylaw prohibiting, persistent barking, calling, whining or similar noise making by any kind of animal kept or used for any purpose at all times in a residential area.
( Municipal Code Chapter 591-4(A)
Any noise made by an animal which disturbs the peace, quiet or enjoyment of others may be considered an offense. Fines on the first conviction are up to a maximum of $5000.

As an american bulldog owner you have the responsibility to reasearch through various resources such as your vet or the internet the behaviors or needs of your american bulldog.

The majority noise complaints are related to dogs. In most cases there are reasons why dogs bark. This is how they communicate.

If you are being disturbed by a noisy animal:

Many animal owners may not realize that their pet is disturbing their neighbors. If you have a problem with noisy animal consider speaking to the owner. Advise them of the problem and ask owner to stop the animal from being an annoyance to you. Most owners are responsible and will take necessary corrective action to improve the problem. If this aproach doesn’t work you can call animal services in you area. they will contact the owner to educate them about anti noise laws and recommend steps to help to solve the problem. If the problem persists legal action may be taken against animal owner. This may require that you give evidence in court. Please be advice that the penalty is a fine not a removal of animal. Please note that the tolerance to noise varies with each individual.

-THE RIGGING HAS SHOCK ABSORPTION PROPERTIES TO LESSEN ANY JERKING ON THE DOG OR SCOOTER HANDLING.
- THE DOG IS PLACED ON THE RIGHT SIDE INORDER TO BE AWAY FROM ONCOMING TRAFFIC (OTHER DOGS, PEOPLE, BIKES, ETC.) AND TO ALLOW THE DOG TO BE ON THE GRASS/DIRT, WHENEVER POSSIBLE, WHILE THE WHEELS STAY ON THE PAVEMENT FOR LOW ROLLING RESISTANCE.
-THE DOG SETS THE PACE. THE SCOOTER IS NOT AS EASY OR AS FAST TO PROPEL AS THE PEDAL MOTION OF A BICYCLE THUS THE DOG NEEDS TO BE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE TO MAKE THIS ENJOYABLE.
