Take your american bulldog out right after you wake up.
Take you american bulldog out right after any meals.
Take away american bulldogs water at 7 pm. ( if it is really hot maybe at 8-9 pm)
Keep your american bulldog puppy in the crate when you are not supervising - crate should be large enough so he can stand up and change positions but not walk around - if you have large
crate - divide it - so he cannot pee in there.

If you catch him peeing - lift him up by the skin on his neck - say loudly
no - take him outside.

Reward anytime he does his business outside - with treats would work and
praising.

Make sure You do take him outside a lot.

He is still quite young he will get it eventually.

Be persistent - do not give up.
